When will the request reach me?

Depending on the shipping company you chose when checking out, and the responsible in charge of delivery. It usually takes from 1 to 2 days for the order to be confirmed.

Do you provide international delivery?

At present, we are covering Morocco, France and the United States.

We will be soon shipping to other countries.

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions of return and exchange, in case of a defect on the product, it was agreed to return, 

We accept return if the product was immediately checked and reported after receiving the item. Costumer pays return shipping.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
